Brand USA launches agent training webinar series

Brand USA is to host a series of training webinars and quizzes for agents in the UK and Ireland either side of Christmas.

The half-hour online events will take place from 3pm on Wednesday afternoons on December 9 and 16 and January 13 and 27.

The first two will be focussed on Los Angeles, California; and Wyoming, with the subjects of the third and fourth yet to be confirmed.

Each webinar will be followed by a US-themed quiz using the Kahoot app. There will be prizes up for grabs each week, varying from Honest Burger DIY kits to USA puzzles.

Brand USA also has a December USA Discovery Program incentive running from Monday December 7 until the end of the month. Agents who complete three training modules for the northeast of the country can win a Fortnum & Masons hamper, with three boxes of six New York-style homemade cookies as runners-up prizes.

Meanwhile, the USA Discovery Program has three new badges for agents to learn more about New York State, Utah’s Canyonlands and Oklahoma.
