James Villas is offering free cancellation on a range of villas to help customers “feel more certain” about holiday plans.
The villa specialist has scrapped the fees for properties in Spain, including the Balearics and the Canary Islands; Greece; the Algarve region in Portugal; and Cyprus throughout 2021.
Customers can cancel up to 28 days before departure without a fee.
Andreas Nau, managing director, said: “We understand that we’re in an uncertain time and want to make sure our customers feel more certain about their holiday plans.
“Allowing customers flexible cancellations and amendments means they can book a holiday and have something to look forward to, but with the option to change their holiday plans nearer the time.

“We want to be as flexible as possible to help ease some of the worry about booking a holiday in this climate.”
James Villas also reiterated its commitment to refunding customers quickly.
