Gold Medal produces magazine to inspire agents and their customers

Gold Medal has published its latest Worldwide Travel Magazine for travel agents to help agents inspire customers for future travel during a lockdown-stricken peaks.

The 28-page magazine launched Tuesday and has been sent to agents via email and the trade-only operator’s Facebook page.

It features exclusive deals for agents to market to customers, including holidays as far out as 2022.

For the first time, it has been published in digital form only, and has been written in a bid to keep agents and their customers inspired while travel remains off the agenda.

Ten selected agent partners will be given overbranded versions of the magazine with their logo and call to action details.

Gold Medal’s marketing director Kerry Gallagher said: “The latest lockdown is another setback for our industry to overcome, but it shouldn’t stop anyone from dreaming of the holidays they’re going to take when all this is over.

“Although our plans for a ‘normal’ Peaks have been adjusted to reflect the new conditions, publishing the latest edition of the Worldwide Travel Magazine was never in doubt because we know travellers are more desperate than ever to be planning their post-pandemic getaway.

“The magazine features some fantastic exclusive deals for travel right in to 2022, and lots of ideas to get the inspiration juices flowing – from across the whole family of Gold Medal brands.

“Our team is looking forward to working with our agent partners in the weeks ahead to help make their customer’s dreams a reality for later this year and beyond.”
