Sunninghill Travel joins Advantage Managed Services as part of refocus

Newly relaunched Sunninghill Travel has joined the Advantage Managed Services scheme as it refocuses away from business travel.

The switch will allow the Advantage member to off-load its back office administration in order to concentrate on expanding its leisure sales.

Formally Specialist Travel of Sunninghill, the agency was taken over earlier this year and re-launched as Sunninghill Travel this month, with a move away from its previous business travel focus.

Manager Tony Bassett said: “Joining the AMS scheme means we can put more time into building up our customer base – attracting new customers, bringing back old ones and retaining our existing leisure business.

“We want to see a 50% growth in revenue this year and double the turnover within the next couple of years.”

Advantage head of business development David Moon said: “Joining AMS will provide the platform for the team at Sunninghill Travel to develop and grow their business.

“Our AMS members have enjoyed good growth and increased profitability over the last two years in what has been a tough trading environment.

“This is testament to their hard work and that with the AMS scheme more of their energy and focus can be directed on sales and marketing.”
