A new cruise retailer is set to launch in time for this month’s National Cruise Week.
Peterborough-based Flexicruise will act as an agent for lines as well as a tour operator putting together bespoke trips for customers.
The website and call centre claims it will offer the latest in online functionality to enable customers to book their cruise the way they want to: ‘your cruise, your way’.
Alternatively customers can call the retailer’s in-house experts or even visit its head office in Hampton to book their cruise face to face.
James Coughlan, director and co-founder of Flexicruise who previously worked at Thomas Cook as head of retail sales and Affinion Intrnational as vice-president – travel, said:

Flexicruise said its ethos is to offer a vast number of cruise holiday combinations that are easy to put together via a completely transparent booking process.
It claims its website will be “one of the most flexible, real-time, online booking portals for the cruise sector and has been built with the customer experience at its heart so that cruise holidays can be formulated at the touch of a button in four easy steps”.
The firm is both a member of trade association Abta and offers Atol protection, as well as a Flexicruise Price Promise.
