You’re doing the customer a disservice


Isn’t it grand to have departments in your organisation with such names like Customer Services. This must be the misnomer of the year.



What companies leave their clients hanging on the phone for hours. Lets name a few:



Airtours, First Choice, Hayes and Jarvis, Sunworld, Kuoni, BA, United Airlines.



One company even told me that if I didn’t like it I could put the phone down. Thankfully there are still AITO companies around and real agents know we get service from them.
