Unforgettable Travel Company has continued its international expansion with the opening of an office in Cape Town, South Africa.
This will be a hub for teams, particularly client services for the Unforgettable Travel, Unforgettable Croatia, Cruise Croatia and Unforgettable Greece brands.
The client services team will offer clients ‘lifestyle services’ – such as booking restaurants, beach clubs and spa treatments – and provide travellers access to sporting and cultural events on request.
The Cape Town team will also work directly with travel agents in the UK.
Graham Carter, co-founder and chief commercial officer, said: “Welcoming a new team in Cape Town is the next step in our pledge to provide the very best for our clients.
“Being South African myself and with Cape Town such a central hub across markets and time zones, it was a logical location for our next office.
“Our new team members sit across our client services, product development and finance teams initially, working with our established team in the UK.
“This expansion will help us ensure we offer the finest travel experiences across more than 40 destinations, as well as providing exceptional service to our clients.”
The new office joins other Unforgettable Travel teams based in the London headquarters, New York, Athens, Split and Melbourne.
