Domes Resorts promotes Penny Naoum to UK and Ireland sales and marketing director

Domes Resorts has promoted Penny Naoum to director of sales and marketing for the UK and Ireland.

The luxury hotel brand said the newly created role underscored its commitment to strengthening its presence and fostering growth in the market.

In her new role, Naoum said she would be focused on “deeper market penetration and a tailored approach to offerings in the UK and Ireland”.

To further bolster its strategy, Domes Resorts is actively recruiting for a sales and marketing manager for the UK and Ireland and a business development manager for the north of the UK and Ireland.

Naoum has more than 12 years’ experience in the luxury tourism sector, nearly five of which have been spent at Domes Resorts.

Since joining the brand in 2020 as senior sales, marketing and development manager for the UK and Ireland, she has forged partnerships with more than 90 UK tour operators, boosted the brand’s client database by 18,000, contributed to the launch of 10 hotels and a Michelin-starred restaurant in Greece and Portugal, and led the brand’s entry into the Irish market, among other achievements.

Naoum said: “I’m absolutely thrilled about this promotion – it’s a heartfelt acknowledgment of my 12-year journey in the luxury tourism industry, with five incredible years at Domes Resorts.

“I’m eager to elevate our beautiful brand even further and can’t wait to bring my creative ideas to life.
