Tui Group chief information officer Mittu Sridhara is stepping down after three years as part of an ongoing management reshuffle.
He is being succeeded by former Tui UK & Ireland IT director Chris Bayley, who has been appointed new group CIO.
Sebastian Ebel, member of Tui Group executive board responsible for group IT, said: “Mittu has made an invaluable contribution to TUI over the time he has been with us.
“He had the challenging task of putting in place a clear digital vision, a roadmap with dedicated projects to deliver a digitally enhanced customer experience, as well as key underlying platforms to support this.
“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Bayley as new group CIO. I have been particularly impressed at how Chris has led his team to deliver the Phoenix project, building large technology change across all aspects of the selling systems, tour operator systems and the introduction of customer system capabilities.
“I am confident that Chris and his team will successfully drive forward our digital agenda, implementing common IT platforms across the Tui Group.”
