I was acknowledged immediately when I entered the shop. The agent was very friendly, enthusiastic and patient.
I was recommended an all-inclusive stay at the Kolymbia hotel in Rhodes, flying with Thomson Airways, and quoted a total price of £2,586 for both of us. This was an ideal match.
The agent also upgraded the room to include a swim-up pool.
I was impressed by the service given by this agent, who was a trainee and who wrote down my needs and conferred with her manager.
Although my enquiry was not followed up and I thought the inside of the shop was unattractive, overall this was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend the store to friends and family.
