BTIUKHogg Robinson is closing its offices in Vernon Place, London, and transferring to new premises in Chancery Lane.
It is believed the move is necessary because Vernon Place has got new owners and is being converted into a hotel.
Marketing director Jacqui Higgs said there were no plans to close other London offices.
