Ryanair has been forced to cancel a number of flights serving Rome Ciampino airport due to a two-week runway closure in October.
The budget carrier said the majority of flights from October 14-19 will be switched Rome Fiumicino airport.
But an unspecified number of flights have been cancelled.
A spokesman said: “Rome Ciampino airport will close for runway maintenance for a two week period in October, meaning the majority of our Ciampino flights will move to Rome Fiumicino, with a number unfortunately cancelled.
“All affected customers been notified by email and we sincerely apologise to all customers affected by this runway closure.”
