BRITISH Airways head of UK and Ireland sales Dan Brewin is leaving the UK to take up Dale Moss’s old position in New York.
His new title will be executive vice-president sales and marketing for the US and he will report to director Americas John Wood.
The position has been vacant since Moss transferred to the UK last October as director of sales worldwide following the retirement of Peter White.
Brewin’s start date has not yet been confirmed but it will be within the next two months. A replacement has not yet been found but a spokeswoman for BA said an appointment would be made shortly. Industry sources believe the likely candidate for the high-profile post would be BA general manager business sales John Morgan.
