n Baunack promoted to Europcar MD
Europcar has promoted Uwe Baunack to managing director of UK operations. Baunack, who has been the European finance director for Europcar International since 1996, was previously financial director in France for Volkswagon, a parent company of Europcar. He replaces Terry King-Smith, who was acting managing director and chairman. King-Smith will concentrate on his role as chairman.

The Algarve has been selected as the destination for Reed Travel Exhibitions’ second annual International Golf Travel Market from December 1-4.
n Antigua and Barbuda tourism minister named
Molwyn Morgorson Joseph is the new minister of tourism for Antigua and Barbuda following general elections on the islands earlier this month. He was previously minister of planning and implementation and replaces Rodney Williams.
