n Fjord’s jupiter tops holiday which? surveyFjord Line’s ferry Jupiter, operating from Newcastle to Bergen in Norway, topped a Holiday Which? survey. The ship won highest marks for its bars and lounges and staff but was marked down for pricey shops. Brittany Ferries’ Bretagne also scored well but staff were criticised for being offhand.
n silja line launches Helskink-tallin service
Sea Containers’ subsidiary Silja Line has launched a SuperSeaCat between Helsinki and Tallin in Estonia. The fast ferry is operating three sailings a day, rising to four in peak season.

Southampton-Cowes ferry operator Red Funnel has added a dedicated agents area to its Web site (www.redfunnel.co.uk) where retailers can check availability and book on-line.
