Organisers of Abta’s Travel Convention have extended the period for early-bird registrations by a week, from September 8 to September 15.
The decision was made because many in the travel industry are returning from holidays and the extension gives them extra time to catch up on business.
Early-bird rates for members and partners are £240 plus VAT for the in-person event and £125 plus VAT to attend online.
Other delegates will pay an early-bird rate £340 plus VAT for the in-person event and £205 plus VAT to attend online.
The event has also announced another speaker – Richard Carret, marketing and communication director at Star Alliance, which has 26 member airlines, including Lufthansa, SAS and United.
The Travel Convention is due to be held in person and online on October 13.
The venue for the hybrid event will be East Wintergarden in Canary Wharf, London.
Travel Weekly is official trade media partner of the 2021 Travel Convention.
