EasyJet turn-of-year flight and holiday discounts land early

Fares are being cut by up to 25% and holidays discounted by as much as £300 as easyJet and easyjet holidays introduce an early peaks period promotion.

The ‘Big Orange Sale’ from today (Thursday) also includes “thousands” of free child places to book by February 1 from the low cost airline’s package holiday arm, including during school holidays.

Package prices start at less than £400 per person for seven nights for breaks from January 1, including the in-house operator’s recently launched summer 2023 programme.

The turn of year promotion covers discounted flights to and from the UK between January 18 and September 30 to more than 110 destinations across the carrier’s network when booked by midnight on January 11.

One-way fares lead in at £14.99 to various sun destinations from Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast.

The maximum package holiday discount of £300 applies to a minimum spend of £3,000 and tapers down to £150 on a spend of £1,500 and £100 on £700 spend

Holiday deals cover more than 500 hotels, including flights, accommodation, 23kg of hold luggage and transfers on beach breaks.

Customers booking through trade partners have flexible booking options on easyJet holidays, including the ability to change up to 28 days before departure.

EasyJet holidays commercial director Paul Bixby said: “We know that lots of Brits book their holidays in January, so we’ve decided to launch our Big Orange Sale early for customers to make the most of our fantastic offers, and get something in the diary to look forward to.

“We’re offering discounts on all of our holidays right up to October 2023, and thousands of free child places, so whether it’s beach or city, family or luxury, we really have got something for everyone looking for brilliant holiday experiences at unbeatable prices.

“And of course, we know there is still some uncertainty around booking holidays, which is why we offer industry leading flexibility, so our customers know that if things change, they’re protected.”
