P&O Cruises president Paul Ludlow, dnata Travel Group chief executive Ailsa Pollard and Themis Advisory director Joanna Kolatsis are the latest industry leaders to be confirmed for Travel Weekly’s Future of Travel Conference in September.

They will join a speaker line-up at the September event which will also feature Jet2 chief executive Steve Heapy, easyJet holidays chief executive Garry Wilson, Hays Travel chair and owner Dame Irene Hays, and Travel Counsellors chief executive Steve Byrne.

The conference will take place at Google’s offices in central London on September 22 and continues a partnership between Travel Weekly and Google on the Future of Travel series.

Lucy Huxley, editor-in-chief of Travel Weekly Group, said: “The Future of Travel Conference and Spring Forum have rapidly become established for offering incredible insight from the industry’s biggest names, and the 2022 conference will clearly be no exception.

“I am incredibly grateful to Paul, Ailsa and Joanna for joining an already stellar speaker line-up, and to Google and our partners for allowing us to organise events like these.”

In addition to panel discussions and presentations on the key issues facing the industry, the conference will also mark the start of a partnership between Travel Weekly and ITV, the UK’s largest free-to-air commercial broadcaster.

Delegates will receive insights into consumer trends, including exclusive research findings from the ITV Village viewer community into “the new rules of travel in terms of mainstream consumer behaviour”.

The conference will be supported by premium sponsors Accord Marketing, Hurtigruten, Inspiretec and Norwegian Cruise Line; and sponsors A-Rosa, Gibraltar Tourist Board, Greek National Tourist Office, InterLnkd, Protected Trust Services, Themis Advisory and Travelzoo.
