Travel leaders recognised as LGBTQ trailblazers

Senior names from Hays Travel, Tui and Virgin Atlantic have been included in a 2024 ranking of the 101 most influential LGBTQ trailblazers.

The list complied by gay lifestyle magazine Attitude features Hays Travel non-executive director Jo Rzymowska, Tui UK & Ireland commercial director Phillip Iverson and Virgin Atlantic vice president of Flying Club and CRM Anthony Woodman.

Travel is one of 10 sectors featured in the fourth annual Attitude 101.

They were recognised at an event at the Rosewood Hotel in London on Friday.

Rzymowska, previously EMEA vice president and managing director for Celebrity Cruises, said: “I am so honoured to be named on the 2024 #attitude101 list, and humbled to be celebrated alongside the most influential LGBTQ+ trailblazers of the moment, as selected by Attitude Magazine.

“Congratulations to all those listed across industries, from unsung community heroes to rising stars in art and culture.

“What a diverse, intrepid and colourful cohort to be part of, thank you @attitudemag.”
