Indulge in unique dining experiences when Atlantis The Royal opens its doors in February

Whether it’s sipping drinks at the edge of a 90-metre infinity sky pool, trying a new cocktail next to one of the world’s largest jellyfish aquariums or indulging in some world-class pan-Asian fare overlooking the Palm and beyond, there is no shortage of incredible dining experiences at Atlantis The Royal.

The hotel, which opens its doors on February 10, 2023, will make its mark on the dining scene in Dubai, with 17 restaurants, eight of which benefit from the expert touch of a celebrity chef. And with no less than 32 restaurants, bars and lounges next door at Atlantis, The Palm, guests will be truly spoilt for choice.

Dine with a view

Atlantis The Royal is an iconic entertainment destination, where an evening meal comes with world-class experiences. Ling Ling Dubai by the Hakkasan Group is a great place to start, located on the 23rd floor and overlooking the 90-metre infinity sky pool with stunning views of the Palm and Dubai’s mesmerising skyline.

The pan-Asian restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a bar and club area. Whether it’s a delectable dinner or post-dinner drinks that guests are looking for, they can find both in this stylish spot.

Soak up the sun on Atlantis The Royal’s rooftop, where the vibrant day club Cloud 22 can be found. This trendy setting is home to an infinity pool, 15 private cabanas and even a VVIP cabana with its own private pool.

Famous faces

From Ariana’s Persian Kitchen by chef Ariana Bundy to Jaleo by José Andrés, there are eight restaurants at Atlantis The Royal where guests can enjoy cuisine curated by celebrity chefs. For a drink with a twist, stop by the elegant Resonance Bar by Heston Blumenthal, home to one of the world’s largest jellyfish aquariums.

Or head to Nobu by the Beach, where luxury and lifestyle combine in a Japanese beach-house setting. Relax with some Japanese-Peruvian style cuisine and a drink to end the day in style. And to top it all off, don’t miss Skyblaze Fountain, the region’s first fire-meets-water extravaganza, where the two elements unite in a spectacular show.
