When joining, agent partners will be assigned one of RateHawk’s team of 20 sales and account managers who provide help and assistance with the onboarding process and answer any questions. Support services are available in more than 50 languages, and help can be offered online, over the phone or via WhatsApp.
For extra peace of mind when booking client trips, RateHawk also pre-checks bookings to make sure everything is in place. The RateHawk team is always expanding and looking for new talent to support its work with agents.

On track for success
RateHawk is always working to grow the number of suppliers across its accommodation, transport and airline programmes. Starting this month, European rail tickets are being added to the platform, enabling agent partners to book train travel via RailEurope. The addition of yet another travel product makes agents’ lives easier and clients’ trips more sustainable.
