The Advantage Travel Partnership has invited members to complete a survey as it looks to gain insights on topics such as business operations, commercial strategies and marketing activities.
The annual survey runs throughout September and is open to every Advantage member.
Survey results will be used to decide on the direction of the business and its offering to members.
Kelly Cookes, chief commercial officer at The Advantage Travel Partnership, said: “The feedback that we have gained from similar exercises over the last few years has been invaluable in helping us further shape our proposition to members and provides us a greater understanding of the current challenges being faced by agents.”
Results from the survey will be published and shared with members next month.
