CV Villas adds 56 villas amid ‘substantial’ increase in demand

CV Villas is adding 56 villas to its portfolio to cater for a “substantial” increase in demand.

The specialist is also offering agents the chance to win a holiday, and running its first TV advertising campaign in two years.

The incentive gives agents the chance to win a seven-night villa stay in Corfu for six people. Every booking made with CV Villas during January automatically enters agents into the prize draw.

The TV advertisement launched on December 26 and will air throughout January and February on Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky channels.

It is supported by a marketing campaign, including direct mail, e-marketing, social media, and other digital promotions. The slogan for the campaign is ‘We do things your way’.

Pete Brudenell, managing director at CV Villas, said: “I am hugely proud and excited about this campaign; the advert aims to captivate audiences and convey our commitment to personalised service and reinforce CV Villas’ core brand message.”

“‘We do things your way’ is all about keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.

“While the villa itself is central to a villa holiday, we want to ensure we also provide those special touches such as private chefs and local experiences, as well as highlighting to travel agents the customisable experiences on offer for their clients, which will make their holidays more memorable.”

The villa portfolio expansion for 2024 has seen 34 new villas added already, with an additional 22 set to go live in the coming weeks.

CV Villas noted a “substantial” increase in demand for destinations such as the Algarve, with bookings up 60% year on year; a 35% surge for the Greek islands, including Paxos, Crete and Corfu; and a 20% increase for Majorca.
