Jet2holidays is to host its VIP trade conference a week earlier than planned this autumn due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
The operator confirmed the switch in a message sent to delegates on Monday (July 25).
The event will now take place from November 14 to 17, a week earlier than the original dates of November 21 to 24.
The 2022 conference will be held at the 3HB Guarana in Olhos de Água, Portugal, and will include updates from the operator as well as presentations, supplier showcases, a gala dinner and an awards ceremony.
Speaking at a recent launch event for the conference, head of trade Alan Cross said: “Our agency partners should be in no doubt that the Jet2holidays team is working on the biggest, best and most productive conference yet, drawing on years of experience to develop a packed programme tailored to the needs of agents.
“There will be much to celebrate and the fantastic 3HB Guarana will provide the most perfect setting for us all to enjoy.”
