Norwegian Cruise Line reveals line-up for Meet the Winemakers series

Winemakers and chefs will host seminars on board a collection of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) 2023 sailings as the line prepares for the return of its Meet the Winemakers series.

The programme, which includes nine sailings, offers guests wine tastings, wine-paired dinners, interactive culinary demonstrations and meet-and-greets on board.

Chefs Emma Walker (pictured left) and Ashley Breneman (right) will join the series this year.

Walker, a “master blender” at Johnnie Walker has spent more than a decade working in whisky production, maturation and blending processes. She will join a departure on 14-day September 17 sailing to Northern Europe on the line’s newest ship, Norwegian Prima. Prices start at £2,826.

Breneman, an executive chef at Certified Angus Beef will join returning winemaker Antonio Hidalgo for a seven-day sailing departing on July 9 on board Norwegian Encore to Alaska costing from £1,076.

Fourth-generation winemaker Miguel Torres will also make his debut to the programme on board Norwegian Encore’s seven-day Eastern Caribbean sailing departing on April 9. The lead-in price for the itinerary is £964.
