Former ITC group partnership manager Chris Redfern has joined Premier Holidays.
He takes up the role of sales and business development manager responsible for looking after agents in the western half of England, the north east, Scotland and Northern Ireland, reporting to sales and marketing director Debbie Goffin.
Redfern replaces former national sales manager Carly Charteris, who has taken up a new role overseas.
He will work alongside Karen Milward who is responsible for the eastern half of England.
He started his career 16 years ago as cabin crew at Jet2, progressing to trade sales regional executive before moving to the Palladium Hotel Group, where was group business development manager.
Goffin said: “Chris is a well-known and respected individual in the travel industry and brings with him considerable trade sales experience.
“We are looking forward to welcoming Chris to the team as Premier Holidays continues to support travel agents drive day-to-day trading.”
Redfern added: “I’m really excited to be joining the Premier Holidays team. The business has so many exciting products – I can’t wait to share these with agents and help them to fulfil their full potential promoting such a trade friendly operator.”
