PTS reveals it dropped failed firm after ‘complaints’

Failed Atol holder Trivoyage was terminated as a member of Protected Trust Services Limited (PTS) following “several consumer complaints” and a director change, it has been revealed.

Trivoyage, which stopped trading as an Atol holder on March 1, was stripped of its PTS affiliation in September 2023.

“This was due to a change in directorship at Trivoyage and several consumer complaints,” said PTS executive director Emma Collis.

She added: “There are no future bookings to be covered by PTS and all bookings were ticketed and fulfilled as part of the termination process back in September 2023.”

Trivoyage was struck off the Companies Register on February 7, before being dissolved on February 13.

Muthuraja Mani founded the company in September 2018 and then resigned as the sole director on August 22 last year, with Mohamad Asif being appointed as director.
