Trivoyage Travel Limited ceases trading as Atol holder

London-based Trivoyage Travel Limited has been dissolved and stopped trading as an Atol holder.

The company, which had a franchise arrangement with Protected Trust Services Limited (PTS), ceased trading as an Atol holder on March 1.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) published the update on its online list of Atol failures, and said customers with bookings should contact PTS by sending an email to ask@Protectedtrustservices.com.

The CAA said Trivoyage Travel Limited was based in Wembley and traded under the name Trivoyage and website www.trivoyage.co.uk.

The business was struck off the Companies Register on February 7, before being dissolved on February 13.

Muthuraja Mani founded the company in September 2018 and then resigned as the sole director on August 22 last year, with Mohamad Asif being appointed as director.

The first Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off was published on November 28 last year, with the final Gazette notice stating the strike-off and dissolution dates.

Travel Weekly has approached PTS for comment.
