Based at the agency’s head office in Sussex, Smith will report to commercial director Ian Buckeridge who said he is “confident” in Frost’s ability to “contribute significantly to the company’s future”.
Frost’s appointment comes as The Cruise Line reports the most successful start to a year in its 30-year history.
“Paul’s vision and experience will allow us to further develop our flourishing agency sales and tour operating activity as the company continues its well-planned and ambitious evolution,” Buckeridge said.
Managing director David Smith added: “Paul brings a wealth of experience garnered in a diverse 20-year career in cruise and travel and is a terrific asset to the company.”
