The Personal Travel Agents, part of Your Co-op Travel, hosted its first Millionaire’s Club lunch for those who exceeded £1 million in sales in the last trading year.
The 21 homeworkers enjoyed a meal at the Grand Pacific restaurant in Manchester. In total, 14% of all PTA homeworkers achieved Millionaire’s Club status in the 2023-2024 trading year.
The lunch aimed to recognise the agents both individually and as a group for their significant contributions during the last 12 months.

Your Co-op Travel recognises a dozen top performers
Sheena Whittle, head of homeworking, Your Co-op Travel, said: “Our success as a business and the support we provide to our homeworkers, is measured by the success of our agents and we couldn’t be more thrilled at seeing so many individual records and personal successes in the last year.
“It’s a pleasure to reward and spend time with our Millionaire’s Club PTAs at this lunch and say thank you and well done for all their incredible work.”
Claire Evans, chief operating officer travel channels, Your Co-op Travel, added: “Our PTAs consistently exceed their personal targets, passionately working to develop their businesses and grow their expertise, ensuring their customers create memories that last a lifetime.
“Their outstanding service is evident in the many who have joined our Millionaire’s Club and we’re certain their exceptional performance over the past year sets the stage for even greater achievements in the remainder of 2024.”
Nicola O’Keeffe, PTA and first time into the Millionaire’s Club, attributed part of her success to support from head office.
She said: “I was absolutely blown away by achieving over £1 million in sales within 12 months, it’s such a big achievement for my business which I’m extremely proud of.
“It was wonderful to get together with fellow Millionaire’s Club PTA’s and the team at head office to celebrate our success together in Manchester. Without the team’s support it would have been difficult to reach such a goal.”
Earnings across the PTAs have increased overall by 20% during the last year, with 74% experiencing sales growth year on year and collectively this led to a record-breaking year with sales up 25% on the previous year.
In total 67 agents earned additional bonus commissions through the Commission Builder Scheme, amounting to £270,000 in extra pay outs — a 51% increase on the previous year.
This follows an increase in support by The Personal Travel Agents for their 150 homeworkers post-Covid with more business development support and marketing activity to empower existing agents and improve their sales and earnings.
