Trafalgar unveils range of ‘Women’s Only’ trips

Trafalgar has launched a range of ‘Women’s Only’ escorted tours, with 13 itineraries across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

The trips are led by an all-female team of travel directors and wellbeing directors. Clients can also meet “inspiring” businesswomen and artisans during the holidays.

Donna Jeavons, Trafalgar sales and marketing director and Atas executive board member, said: “We’ve seen a significant increase in demand for women’s only tours in the past 12 months as more travel destinations around the world open up.

“Trafalgar has years of award-winning experience in creating new products, but it was really important to us that our women-only range was created by women, for women.

“Following women’s trends, booking data, and leaning on inspiring women within our own business has helped create 13 itineraries that offer safe and confident travel, with those unique experiences Trafalgar is famous for.”

Prices start at £1,175 for the six-day Best of Devon and Cornwall tour, which visits places such as Bath, Bristol, Plymouth, Dunster, Lynmouth, Exeter, St Ives and Stonehenge. The price includes five nights’ accommodation.

Other UK and Ireland tours include Highland Trail inspired by Outlander and Enchanting Emerald Isle.

European tours include Great Iberian Cities; Wonderful France; Northern Italy including Cinque Terre; Italy Bellissimo; Scenic Scandinavia and its Fjords; Secrets of Greece including Corfu; and Highlights of Turkey.

The Best of Egypt tour includes Cairo, the temples of Karnak, the Valley of the Kings and Luxor. The nine-day holiday costs from £2,175, not including flights.

A six-night Jordan Experience with Dead Sea Extension costs from £1,690, not including flights, and visits Amman, Petra and Wadi Rum.
