New luxury franchise business Travelosophers has recruited Anna Borrer as training and development manager, as part of its expansion plan.
Travelosophers launched in November, spearheaded by Stephanie Robins, head of sales and development.
A member of Advantage Travel Partnership, the homeworking business recruited Nisha Bean as business development manager and Chirag Patel as operations manager last October.
Borrer has more than 20 years of travel experience and joins the venture from Cosmos where she was business development manager for six years.
She also spent nine years at Thomas Cook as a customer service manager; six years at Virgin Holidays as a retail store coach and regional sales manager; and two years at Covermore Travel Insurance as a regional sales manager.

Bean said Borrer’s combination of training and business development skills will allow Travelosophers to expand and develop its inhouse training programme, helping homeworkers to develop product knowledge and selling skills.
Robins, Bean and Borrer work remotely, while the operations and admin team are based in a north London head office.
Bean said the business aims to hold training events and its first conference later this year, and is currently recruiting for other operations and administration roles.
Borrer said she can create a “unique training programme tailored to each of the Travelosopher’s needs”.
Robins commented: “We are elated to be welcoming Anna to the Travelosophers family; we are committed to expanding our inhouse team to ensure we offer the very best support as our business continues to grow.”
