Hoseasons parent Awaze UK has bolstered its senior management team with the appointment of a new vice president for its entire property portfolio.
The managed vacation rentals business has appointed Paul Evans to the role of vice president – portfolio. Evans has extensive experience of the UK holiday park industry, including 19 years at Waterside Holiday Group and management roles at Park Leisure 2000.
He takes over the role from Paul Hardingham, who recently resumed his role as managing director at Awaze brand Landal GreenParks.
In the new role Evans takes responsibility for property across Hoseasons and cottages.com as well as the group’s regional brands.

Evans, who joins after a 12 month stint as director of overseas development at luxury golf and beach resort Royal Westmoreland in Barbados, said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to have joined Awaze UK at such an exciting time for UK holidays.

He is aiming to build mutually beneficial relationships with as many of Awaze UK’s property owners as possible.

“Paul fits the bill perfectly given his years of experience in the holiday park and hospitality sectors, and you only have to talk to him for a few minutes to realise the passion he has for the industry runs through his veins.”
A replacement has yet to be announced for Awaze UK sales director Sally Henry, who recently left the business after 19 years.
