It provides support and financial grants and assistance to thousands of people with kidney disease and their families every year.
The arrangement comes as Inspire seeks to work with other charities, building on its expertise in the sector.
Managing director Lisa Henning said: “We are thrilled to have added another highly reputable charity in Kidney Care UK to our list of charities who we work with.
“Over the years we have become very knowledgeable, skilled and adept at working with charities who have customers who often require highly personalised requirements and its great reflection on our team, who have undergone intensive training, to be entrusted by Kidney Care UK as their travel partner.
“Working with charities is a hugely rewarding area to work in, knowing that we are helping those who are so deserving of a holiday, and making it as relaxing and enjoyable as we can.”
The charity’s patient grants manager Martin Plowman added: “Being able to help people with kidney disease live their lives to the full through our patient and holiday grants programme is incredibly humbling.
“We knew the impact that short breaks and holidays have for members of our community, but we wanted to make the process easier for applicants which is why we chose Inspire as our trusted travel partner.
“Their experience of working with charities to deliver travel and holiday services has had a significant impact and since launch, the new partnership has been very well received. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership between our two organisations.”
