Not Just Travel takes franchisees on ‘transformative’ fam trip

Not Just Travel bosses took 23 franchisees away on an educational to Mexico as part of the agency’s efforts to help travel consultants boost their knowledge.

Every travel consultant who signs up to an Elite package when joining Not Just Travel can attend an Elite Experience to an overseas destination.

However, they must have been with the company for at least six months and achieved £100,000 in sales.

The travel consultants last week experienced Dreams Sapphire Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa and Secrets Moxche in Playa Del Carmen. The trip was co-hosted by NJT’s trade partners, Gold Medal and AMR Collection.

Agents were offered training on customer acquisition and retention to help them grow their respective businesses, Not Just Travel said.

Co-founders Steve Witt and Paul Harrison also introduced franchisees to new technology platforms and “business mindsets”.

Travel consultant Reshma Aggarwal, who recently accrued her first £1million in sales, said: “On the second day of the retreat I closed a £10,500 holiday booking because of the philosophies and mindset techniques Paul and Steve taught me.

“It’s been a transformative trip.”

Harrison said: “We rev the engines of our members’ businesses and take them up several gears in just a week.

“Many franchisees tell us this Elite trip is worth the franchise fee alone.”

Lauren Mack, business development manager for AMR Collection, said: “We’ve had the pleasure in hosting Not Just Travel’s consultants in luxury and style at a selection of our resorts.

“Being a key trade partner of Not Just Travel is a win-win relationship for us. We enjoy exclusive access to their enthusiastic consultants and are able to showcase our offers in the most effective ways.

“This Elite Experience is just one of the many ways we are able to boost bookings together.”
