SPL Villas has made flights bookable on its website and introduced La Manga Club in Spain to its portfolio.
Travel agents can now book flights for seven airlines on the villa specialist’s website, including Tui, easyJet, British Airways and Virgin Atlantic.
It means travel agents can now make fully-protected package bookings for clients with guaranteed price parity for the first time.
Filters have been enhanced on the site to help agents to search for and identify properties from SPL Villas’ full portfolio to best suit their clients’ needs while daily flight-inclusive offers will also be put on the operator’s Agents Facebook page.
The villas specialist has also added 48 properties at La Manga Club resort in Costa Calida, Spain, to its portfolio of 1,200 villas across Europe, the Balkans and Florida.
At La Manga Club, the operator is offering 20 villas with private pools and 28 apartments or townhouses with shared pools.
To mark the news SPL Villas is offering a travel agent the chance to win the accommodation component of a seven-night holiday villa holiday in one of nine different properties, several of which sleep up to 10 people, in the Protaras region of Cyprus. The prize will be based on a random draw of entries based on bookings by agents between October 1, 2024, and January 31, 2025.
A villa-only booking counts as one entry; a villa plus flight package counts as two entries; a villa package including flights plus an extra such as car hire counts as three entries while a Cyprus villa and flights package is four entries.
