Sri Lanka added as Just Go! and National Holidays move into long-haul

Sri Lanka has been added as the first long-haul destination to be featured by Just Go! Holidays and National Holidays.

The island is included in new winter sun programmes released by the sister brands.

Four different duration holidays to the beachfront Tangerine Beach Hotel in Kalutara are on sale, departing on selected dates between October 2024 and May 2025.

Customers can choose from either 11, 15, 22 or 29-night durations.

A ‘four weeks for the price of three’ offer applies on all Sri Lanka departure dates.

This means that a 29-night holiday leads in at £2,499 per person in May 2025 including all-inclusive accommodation, return flights, four excursions and transfers. A five-day pre-tour can be added from £749pp.

A limited number of no single supplement rooms are also available.

Chris Simmonds, chief executive of parent company JG Travel Group, said: “Our winter sun programmes continue to go from strength to strength and this is our biggest ever offering.

“Just Go! Holidays and National Holidays have never ventured into offering long-haul destinations until now, and bringing Sri Lanka into our portfolio is a real milestone moment.

“Our insight data showed that our customers want to and are travelling further afield, and that they have trust in our brands to take them there. I’m delighted that we can now offer them this new option and have some amazing prices to promote.”

Albufeira on Portugal’s Algarve has also been introduced to complement Benidorm and Calpe on the Costa Blanca, Malta and Cyprus.

Simmonds added: “It is clear that people want to escape the winter here in the UK and this was especially apparent during our last season which sold incredibly well.

“These programmes offer a brilliant selection of great value holidays, excellent stay longer for less offers and feature amazing new options alongside popular favourites.”
