The Business Travel Association (BTA) has announced an alliance with business travel consultancy, Black Box Partnerships.
The deal aims to raise awareness of the importance of business travel to the rail industry.
Black Box will advise the BTA about domestic train travel and how the needs of the business travel industry fit with the rail sector.
Clive Wratten, BTA chief executive, said: “We are delighted to welcome Black Box Partnerships as the BTA’s newest industry partner.
“We are confident their expertise in rail technology, digital customer experience and insights will be valued immensely by our members and partners alike.
“Rail travel is an essential enabler of business travel, and together with Black Box’s industry knowledge we will be equipped to empower real and positive change within the rail and business travel sectors.”
Raj Sachdave, managing partner at Black Box Partnerships, added: “Our new relationship will enable us to work in tandem with their team and TMC members, to raise awareness of the importance of both the business travel and rail industries.
“We hope our partnership will provide our shared industries with the boost they need in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.”
