An additional Cunard ship visit for agents has been arranged for when Queen Mary 2 returns to Liverpool next week.
Places are available for 60 agents in two equal groups across September 6 and 7.
The visit on September 6 will focus on the line’s entertainment and feature a Champagne afternoon, a ship tour and an exclusive early evening performance in the Royal Court Theatre.
Agents on September 7 will also have a tour of the ship, followed by a three-course lunch in the Britannia restaurant and then free time to explore.
The Cunard flagship will be making its eighth call at Liverpool as part of a British Isles cruise.
Cunard’s wider 2024 ship visit programme, its largest ever, also includes events in Greenock and Southampton, with opportunities for agents to also experience new ship Queen Anne and Queen Victoria.
UK sales director Tom Mahoney said: “We can’t wait to welcome our travel agent partners on board Queen Mary 2 in Liverpool, our spiritual home.
“First-hand experience is the most effective way for the trade to immerse themselves in everything we do, allowing them to broaden their product knowledge and build their confidence when selling Cunard.
“It’s also a privilege to be returning to Liverpool – a city that Cunard shares a unique 184-year association with.”
