Inspire Group switches from TTNG to Advantage Travel Partnership

Cheshire-based travel business, The Inspire Group, has joined the Advantage Travel Partnership, moving from The Travel Network Group (TTNG).

The Inspire Group, which operates a large retail and homeworking business, as well as the Travel by Inspire Gift Card, had been a TTNG member since 2012.

Lisa Henning (pictured), Inspire Group’s managing director, said: “Over the last few months we have been reviewing Advantage’s membership offering and have concluded that it is a perfect fit with our model.

“We have an ambitious development agenda over the coming years and feel that our growth strategy will be best supported by the team at Advantage.

“We were particularly attracted by the strength of their commercial offering, the extensive marketing they offer members and their strong ‘can-do’ and responsive attitude. Both culturally and strategically, they are a great fit with our business.”

Kelly Cookes, chief commercial officer at Advantage, added: “To say we are delighted that the Inspire Group is joining us is an understatement.

“Inspire is a really well managed and successful travel business and we feel honoured that they have chosen us as their consortium partner for the next stage of their development.”

The Inspire Group is an £30 million turnover business and has 55 employees.

Henning worked for TTNG for seven years, rising to the role of chief operating officer in 2019. In March 2021, the Inspire Group has announced her appointment as managing director of Inspire Europe Limited.
