Not Just Travel commits £1m to recruitment

Home working group Not Just Travel is committing £1 million into recruitment to further develop its support and training for members.

The investment is in addition to the £3.4 million the company has invested in expanding its team since the beginning of 2022.

Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm The Travel Franchise, said: “We are recruiting for the industry’s best talent for business development managers, training team members and managers, as well as for multiple roles within our operations team.

“We not only provide support and opportunities to promote our existing team where possible, but also plough everything back into supporting our members.

“Our BDMs in particular need to have both an entrepreneurial spirit and evidence of accomplishment in the travel industry, so they can inspire and lead our members to similar success.”

He added: “We need to match our significant growth – both in holiday and franchisee sales – with the expansion of our truly outstanding team.

“We have high ambitions and a clear goal and are continuously building a dynamic, diverse, motivated, healthy and happy team to take us there.”

“In the last 12 months, we have invested significantly in our people, culture and workplace, pioneering wellbeing, communication and engagement initiatives, as well as striving towards better inclusivity and diversity.

“The results show we are working; we have a diverse team who are happy, loyal and engaged, and who recommend us as an employer to their friends and family.”
