Not Just Travel will offer more than 800 places on overseas trips this year to its agents – up from 600-plus in 2023.
The extended programme for 2024 includes overseas training retreats in Mauritius and Fuerteventura, seminars, experiences, charity treks and two cruises.
The Millionaires’ Retreat in Fuerteventura (March 12-16) is the inaugural overseas trip for new Elite franchisees. It is included in the cost of their franchise package and is running in partnership with Tui.
Agents are being hosted at Tui Magic Life Club, a beachfront, all-inclusive resort offering a programme of fitness and wellness activities.
More experienced agents can join one of three Elite Experiences, which are also included as part of the Elite package. Each seven-day training retreat sees up to 30 agents offered the chance to focus on the luxury market.
One Elite Experience will be hosted with luxury operator Beachcomber, an NJT key trade partner.
Paul Harrison, NJT co-founder, said: “Our Elite trips are not only luxurious, money-can’t-buy experiences, they also serve to catapult an agent’s business to the next level.
“Many agents confirm that these trips are worth the franchise fee alone.
“Although we garner support from operators, we continue to invest heavily in these trips because they generate the highest return on investment.
“We invest more in coaching and business development, in classroom time and experiences to help our consultants grow their businesses.
“Operators who have supported us have seen significant increases in sales from the hundreds of participating consultants, which is why so many want to repeat the experiences.”
A specialist golfing trip to Mauritius will tee off later in the year, and agents on the company’s Cruise Mastery Programme can join one of two Seminar at Sea cruises.
In May, agents will sail from Southampton with Princess Cruises on Sky Princess, for five days of training while sailing the waters of Scandinavia.
Following the success of Not Just Travel’s 2023 Seminar at Sea hosted by Virgin Voyages, agents will again set sail from Barcelona in June to experience the offering on board Scarlet Lady.
Some agents will also join the company’s charity trek in October along Peru’s Inca Trail in aid of Pink Ribbon Foundation which supports cancer research.
“Our members also massively enjoy these trips; it is one of the great reasons for being part of the travel industry,” added Harrison.
