Agents are being offered shopping vouchers this month in a booking incentive by Fred Olsen Cruise Lines.
A £20 voucher is being offered for each cruise booked in October for departures for the remainder of this year.
The trade push coincided with the line offering discounts of between £50 and £200 on selected 2022 sailings for new bookings made by October 10.
For agents to qualify for multi-store Compliments vouchers they must register each new booking on the line’s dedicated online Travel Agent Centre.
Vouchers can be spent at outlets including John Lewis, Airbnb, Naked Wines and London Theatre Direct.
Head of sales Geoff Ridgeon said: “There is still plenty of time for customers to enjoy a cruise this year, whether they are after some last-minute winter sunshine, a shorter city break or a festive getaway.
“These shopping vouchers are our small way of saying thank you to our agents for all of their support as we head into the winter season – and just in time for Christmas shopping.”
Discounted departures cover Norway, Christmas markets in France and Germany and sailings to Spain, Portugal, Madeira and the Canary Islands from Dover and Liverpool.
