SPAA releases shortlist for frontline agents’ Sparkle Awards

The shortlist for the Scottish Passenger Agents’ Association’s Sparkle Awards recognising frontline agency staff has been unveiled.

Judges, from the award sponsors Royal Caribbean, Edinburgh airport, Delta Air Lines, Stuba, Travelsphere, Travel Matters and Gold Medal, judged the anonymous submissions which outlined how individuals have excelled in their forward-facing customer roles.

The winners will be announced at an awards lunch at The Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh on September 6.

“Our SPAA annual awards in November recognise agency principles, but the Sparkle Awards reward customer-facing staff; staff who go the extra mile for their client and their industry sector.

“The Sparkle Awards have been a great success in the past two years, and we are delighted to see such a high standard of nominees for 2024. We look forward to celebrating their achievements at the awards lunch in September.”
