Star Clippers targets agents with window display competition

Agents are being encouraged to create Star Clippers window displays to have a chance of winning a summer staff picnic party worth £250

They need to decorate their windows ahead of a two-week blitz of high street agencies across the UK by the tall-ship company’s trade sales team. 

The agency with the best display will win a £250 Marks & Spencer voucher to spend on picnic items for the team.

Visits by the trade sales team start on July 8 to take photos of displays and give the staff an opportunity to take a lucky dip from a picnic hamper to celebrate the summer season.

The winner of the window display competition will be announced on an e-blast and social media channels on the week of July 22.

Fay McCormack, general manager of Star Clippers’ UK GSA Fred Olsen Travel, said: “It is important we maintain and develop our exceptional relationships with the trade, and by getting in front of our valuable partners to reward them for the efforts they make to promote us is top of our list of priorities in 2024.”
