The Travel Network Group has launched a three-month marketing campaign highlighting the expert guidance offered by travel agents.
The campaign, called ‘Answers from the Experts’, gives members access to window displays, social media assets, an overbranded campaign video, email marketing, overbranded magazines covering the luxury, touring and cruise sectors and opportunities to take part in direct print marketing.
TTNG said the aim is to “emphasise the personal touch that travel agents bring to every interaction”.
Group marketing director Ross East said: “We believe that in the era of information overload, personalisation and expertise are more important than ever, and our members hold the key to providing invaluable answers to their customers’ questions.”
The campaign is running from October until December for TTNG’s membership of more than 1,000 independent businesses.
