Valiant Lady, the second ship from Virgin Voyages, will be making waves this March with its European debut. The sister ship to Scarlet Lady, which completed its inaugural season last summer, will be sailing to some of the most exciting destinations across Europe in spring 2022 and beyond. Here are five top picks to recommend to Sailors (your customers).
1. UK MerMaiden (March 2022)
There’s still availability on Valiant Lady’s debut voyage out of Portsmouth. This three-night trip will take Sailors to Zeebrugge (Bruges), where the ship will spend the night, allowing time to explore the city, or even a day trip to Ghent or Ypres. Valiant Lady will also run two sailings on this itinerary in April, one with a day at sea, under the name Long Weekender in Zeebrugge.
2. Late Nights in Portugal and Spain (May 2022)
Sailing out of Portsmouth, Valiant Lady will embark on a 12-night trip, calling at some of Portugal and Spain’s most exciting destinations. Sailors will stop at La Coruña for a day, before sailing to Lisbon for an overnight stay. Cádiz and Gibraltar are the next ports of call, before an overnight stay in Málaga. The ship will then spend a day at sea before a late-night stop at Palma de Mallorca, before sailing to Barcelona.
3. Mediterranean MerMaiden (May 2022)
Beginning and ending in Barcelona, this seven-night itinerary will see Valiant Lady stop at Toulon in France, before sailing to Marina di Carrara in Italy, followed by Ajaccio in Corsica and Cagliari in Sardinia. The ship will then take Sailors to Ibiza for an overnight stay before sailing back to mainland Spain. Valiant Lady will also sail this itinerary, then named The Irresistible Med, later in May.
4. French Daze & Ibiza Nights (May 2022)
On this itinerary, Valiant Lady will loop around from Barcelona, taking in some of the highlights of the western Mediterranean. The ship will spend a day in Marseille, followed by an overnight stop in Cannes. Sailors will then call into Olbia in Sardinia, before an overnight stay in Ibiza. Valiant Lady will then return to Barcelona.
5. Spanish Obsession (June 2022)
The start of the summer season will see Valiant Lady embark on a seven-night voyage, starting and ending in Barcelona. Sailors can spend the day in Palma de Mallorca, followed by a day at sea, with stops at Gibraltar and Málaga. The ship will then spend the night in Ibiza before heading back to mainland Spain.

Virgin Voyages is offering all First Mates (agents), 22% commission for wave 2022, up until February 16 when Sailors are booked on to any cruise.
