Ultra-high-end resort in Dubai gets set to open its doors in late 2022

There’s luxury, and then there’s ultra-luxury. And that’s where Atlantis The Royal comes in. Ready to offer a regal welcome when it opens on Palm Island in Dubai at the end of the year, it’s set to become the world’s most ultra-luxury experiential resort. Designed by world-renowned New York architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), the 43-storey building glitters on the crescent of The Palm, located just next door to sister property Atlantis, The Palm.

Its iconic design makes it one of Dubai’s most eye-catching buildings, offering unparalleled views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Island and beyond. The resort’s three towers are home to 795 fit-for-royalty Rooms, Suites and Signature Penthouses. Guests can tantalise their taste buds in 17 signature restaurants, eight of which are led by celebrity chefs, and relax like never before in the sumptuous spa.

The entertainment too is like nowhere else in Dubai: think fire and water fountain shows, and luxury lounges that come alive at night with music and mixologists. Atlantis The Royal’s hotly anticipated opening is fast approaching, and your clients will be able to soak up the resort, and all its luxury, by the end of the year.

Stay in style

Whether your clients wish to stay in one of the Palmscape or Seascape rooms – or opt for a Suite or Signature Penthouse – they will be treated to stylish interiors, ample space and exceptional comfort. The luxurious suites and penthouses are unlike any others, with 44 of them boasting private infinity pools.

Meanwhile, for those who truly want to soak up the highest levels of luxury, there are six Signature Penthouses with floor-to-ceiling windows, butler service and expansive private terraces.

Guests can also indulge in the resort’s all-day eateries and dessert cafe, or opt for a more laidback vibe in the bars and lounges.

Wellness retreat

AWAKEN, the state-of-the-art spa at Atlantis The Royal, takes relaxation and wellness to a new level. Its six-room Hammam Sensorium offers an unforgettable sensory experience with traditional therapies. There are also 17 treatment rooms, a halotherapy salt cave and a 25-metre lap pool, as well as an outdoor meditation and yoga lawn.
