In association with: Idiliq Resorts & Hotels
Idiliq’s new partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts gives your clients far more choice across some of Europe’s best destinations
From the beautiful snow-topped mountains in the heart of Salzburg, Austria, to the shores of southwest Turkey, Idiliq Resorts & Hotels’ branded residence resorts can be found in some of Europe’s most desirable destinations.
The portfolio comprises 14 properties located across the globe, 12 of which have sat underneath the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts umbrella since last September and carry either the Wyndham or Ramada name.
Beyond the Austrian countryside and the Turkish coast, the properties are dotted across the continent. Three are located in the south of Tenerife, while the remaining four can be found in Spain’s Costa del Sol.
The UK-based resorts under the Wyndham brand both feature a historical manor house hotel with large self-catering lodges in the grounds: the resplendent Wyndham Trenython Manor, near St Austell in Cornwall, and the serene Wyndham Duchally Country Estate, in Perthshire, Scotland.
Residences
All the residence properties are luxuriously spacious, ensuring your clients can make the most of their stay in these dreamy destinations. Families can take advantage of the self-catering accommodation, while the kids’ clubs and pools will keep little ones entertained.
The residences also accommodate for the growing trend of remote working and desire for more flexibility, offering guests a home away from home in their own private apartment.
What does the Idiliq Group do?
The Idiliq Group is made up of four divisions, spanning resorts, management services, development and real estate. The divisions are:
1. Idiliq Resorts & Hotels: These are the branded resort residences. There are 14 of these resorts in total.
2. Idiliq Estates: A real estate agency based in Costa del Sol; around 3,000 properties have been developed and sold through this arm.
3. Idiliq Development: This division develops resort-based projects across the world, sometimes working alongside joint-venture partners.
4. Idiliq Management: This part of the business provides full management services to resorts on behalf of third parties.
A word from the COO
“We’ve seen a growing demand for flexibility when travelling, so it’s important for us to be able to offer a space for guests to work remotely, allow for longer stays and have the ability to experience the best hotel services while staying in the comfort of their own holiday-home-away-from-home. Guests can be assured that they have their own comfortable space to return to after a day exploring our resort. Our Resort Residences concept brings couples, families and groups back together, while giving them the freedom to holiday the way they want to.”
