The former chief financial officer of Avon and brewing giant SABMiller has joined Thomas Cook Group as a non-executive director.
Jamie Wilson also served as a non-executive director of South African hotel and entertainment group, Tsogo Sun Holdings.
Thomas Cook chairman Frank Meysman, announcing the appointment ahead of today’s half year financial results, said: “I am delighted that we have attracted someone of Jamie’s calibre to our board.

“I look forward to his contribution to our board at an important time for Thomas Cook.”
